When you contact us, we may

information is collected
when you buy your tickets over the phone, via mail, fax or email,
online, or in person at the Box
Office.

Any information we collect is for our
financial records or to ensure the quality customer service
you have come to expect from Globe Theatre. Information is safely
maintained in our password
protected data base and can be accessed only by authorised Globe
Theatre personnel.
We do not share our mailing lists or
patron information with other organizations. On occasion we
make use of a mailing house to get information out to you, but we
require them to implement the
same strict privacy controls that we use ourselves.
If you make use of our online ticket
sales feature, any information you provide to us on our
website during a secure connection is encrypted for security and
transferred with no risk of being
intercepted. SaskTel, our secure website host, accesses new protective
technology on an ongoing
basis.
Act 3: Why do we collect information?
Communication via mail, telephone or
email helps us keep you up to date on the latest Globe
news, productions and events, and enables us to inform you of
unexpected occurrences such as
scheduling and seating changes. We may also contact you occasionally
with special offers, to
thank you for your support or to hear your comments about your Globe
experiences. We believe
the materials and information provided to you will benefit and interest
you as a Globe Theatre supporter.
