How can I find out if there is strong language in a play?
The box office tries to inform everyone who buys a ticket about any language or technical advisories. We also try to list this information on the web site on the individual show pages. In the event that you can’t find the info, please feel free to call us at 525-6400 or watch for signs at the entrance to the theatre.
How can I get a taxi after the play?
Our Front of House Manager will be happy to call a taxi for you following the show – just ask at the performance box office. There is also a patron phone in the lobby near the elevator exit.
Where are the washrooms?
On the 2nd floor, Men’s and Women’s washrooms are located down the hallway from the theatre (past the Templeton Studio Cabaret). On the 3rd floor they are located at the end of the hall nearest Balcony A. There are 2 sets of women’s washrooms on the 3rd floor.
Can I take my drinks into the theatre?
Audience members are welcome to take any food or drinks that are purchased at the concession into the theatre. We use plastic cups so that we don't have to worry about breakage. Please don't bring non-Globe food or drinks into the theatre. PLEASE hang on to your drinks during the show. Setting cups on the floor almost always results in a cup getting kicked over, which is loud and distracting for the actors and other audience members.
What happens if I’m late?
Every effort will be made to seat you in your original seats. If it is not possible due to the location, you will be seated in latecomer’s seating (Balcony B) until intermission when you can claim the seat on your ticket.
What happens if my friend is late?
Please leave your friend's ticket with the Box Office. If your friend arrives after the show has started then they will be seated in latecomer's seating (Balcony B) until intermission. After intermission they can take their original seats.
What happens if I leave my seat during the show?
Since Globe Theatre is a theatre-in-the-round, it makes leaving the theatre a little trickier. If you must leave during a performance, please go up the stairs to the 3rd floor. These stairs are often used by the actors to make entrances or exits, so please ensure that there are no actors or lights on in that aisle before making your exit. PLEASE DO NOT come down onto the stage with the actors.
Where can I park
All street parking downtown is free after 6pm. There are also parkades connected to the Cornwall Centre and Delta Hotel, as well as many surface lots all over Regina’s downtown. View map
Are ticket prices based on seat location?
No, all ticket prices are the same regardless of the seat or performance date.

Do you sell gift certificates?
You can purchase gift cards in any denomination either online or at the Box Office (see hours above). The performance box office is also open before the show, during the intermission, and after the show as well, and can help you with anything you need. Our Gift Cards DO NOT EXPIRE.
In addition to gift certificates, we also offer Adapt passes which is a flex pass of six tickets that can be used in any combination for any show during the season in which you purchase it.
Where are the best seats in the theatre?
Globe Theatre boasts Canada’s only professional “theatre-in-the-round”. This means the audience always has an excellent view of the show from all angles. It also means that every seat is very close to the stage, so you don’t miss a thing. To put it in perspective, the furthest seat from the stage is 40 feet. So it’s all a matter of preference. 360 degree view of the IPSCO Main Stage Theatre
Does Globe Theatre have a dress code?
There is no dress code for Globe Theatre. Our shows are just as fantastic in jeans or a ball gown. Come as you are and enjoy the show. To ensure the comfort of all patrons, Globe Theatre is a fragrance free environment. Please take this into account before you attend.
Are there seats with restricted views?
Every seat has an unobstructed view of the stage. However, on the very rare occasions that a set design creates a sight obstruction the Box Office will inform you when you buy your tickets.
