Globe Theatre is a national centre of excellence in the production of theatre-in-the-round and in fostering the work of Saskatchewan artists
The Globe Theatre Society is a Board run not-for-profit organization. With this structure, the Board of Directors hires the Artistic Director who provides the artistic expertise and vision to realize the mission of the Globe Theatre Society. The Globe Theatre receives federal, provincial and municipal grants and accepts corporate and private donations that are tax deductible. Revenue is also raised through ticket sales, theatre rental, fundraising projects and related ventures.
The Globe Theatre is one of Saskatchewan's largest employers in the field of the arts with a permanent staff of 18 administrative, technical and artistic employees. Throughout a season, the Globe employs more than 50 artists on a contract basis.The annual operating budget is $2.8 million.

The Main Box Office is on the 4th Floor and the Theatre's Evraz Stage and Templeton Studio Cabaret are on the 2nd floor.

2009 Doors Open was a day dedicated to showcasing Globe Theatre’s unique space and work.
People took part in backstage tours, participated in theatre activities, explored our space, and learned more about Canada’s only permanent, theatre-in-the-round.

Mark Claxton is a Regina-based actor and writer who graduated from the Globe Theatre's inaugural Actor Conservatory Training Program in 2008. His blog will take you behind the Globe's scenes and around Regina's theatre scene throughout the 2009-10 theatre season.
Jayden Pfeifer is a Regina-based actor, director, and theatre-creator. Jayden is an Artistic Associate of the Shumiatcher Sandbox Series, and has served as Director of Globe Theatre School for the past 3 years. He likes chatting.
